أمة البلاك بيري تعاني المشاكل

قامت إتصالات مؤخرا بإرسال رسالة للتحميل من قبل مستخدمي البلاك بيري وذلك بغرض تحسين أداء الجهاز

ولكن هذه الرسالة تحولت إلى عامل مخرب للبطاريات مما سبب إنزعاج المستخدمين

ولذلك قام المستخدمون بالإتصال بأرقام خدمة الإتصالات للإستفسار عن سبب هذه المشكلة

وانتشرت شائعة خطيرة لا نعرف مدى صحتها بأن إتصالات قامت بإرسال ملف مخفي للتحميل وذلك بغرض مراقبة الإيميلات الخاصة والرسائل الخاصة

مما سبب ردود فعل غاضبة جدا على إتصالات و حسب ما يقال فإنه إنتهاك للخصوصية
