تلفزيون أبوظبي يختار شركة هاريس لتركيب وتطبيق أول منصة للإنتاج اللاشريطي العالي الوضوح

أعلنت كل من هاريس الشركة العالمية المتخصصة بتكنولوجيا الاتصالات والمعلوماتية وتلفزيون أبوظبي التابع لشركة أبوظبي للإعلام عن أن هاريس ستقوم بتأسيس المركز الجديد للإرسال والإنتاج اللاشريطي العالي الوضوح لتلفزيون أبوظبي

من المتوقع أن تنتهي عملية الانتقال بالكامل إلى منصة الوضوح العالي التي ستكون الصلة بين الإنتاج والإرسال والأرشفة في يونيو 2010

سيصبح تلفزيون أبوظبي بفضل هذا المركز الجديد التلفزيون الأول في الشرق الأوسط الذي يطبّق استخدام منصة الإنتاج اللاشريطي العالي الوضوح ستسمح هذه التكنولوجيا في مركزنا بانسيابية تدفق الأعمال بالنظام الرقمي وستتيح المجال أمام مجموعة من العمليات الجديدة الفعالة  صرح مدير تكنولوجيا البث في شركة أبوظبي للإعلام أحمد المنهالي الذي أضاف قائلاً إن شركة أبوظبي للإعلام تبقى الرائدة في تكنولوجيا البث والإنتاج وذلك من خلال اعتناقها لابتكارات و منتجات جديدة

Harris Corporation, an international communications and information technology company, and Abu Dhabi TV (ADTV), owned by Abu Dhabi Media Company (ADMC), announced that Harris broadcast technology will form the core of ADTV's new fully tapeless, high-definition (HD) production and playout center.

Migration to the end-to-end HD platform, which spans production, playout and archiving, is scheduled to be complete by June 2010.

The new center will enable Abu Dhabi TV to become the first broadcaster in the Middle East to implement an end-to-end tapeless HD production platform. "The technology in our new center will enable a streamlined, file-based workflow and a range of new operational efficiencies," said Ahmed Al Menhali, director of broadcast technology, ADMC. "By embracing new products and innovations, ADMC continues to be a leader in production and broadcast technology."
The new center will employ a file-based, integrated Harris ONE™ workflow solution, including Harris® Invenio digital asset management products, ADC™ playout automation and NEXIO® server systems. The Invenio system will form the core of the new center's archive digital asset management system, which includes all content. The ADC automation will work with the Invenio system to manage ingest, preparation and playout of content. Both the Invenio and ADC solutions will be tightly integrated with the Harris Broadcast Master™ scheduling and sales system that is already in-use at ADMC. ADMC also is using Invenio and ADC software in its master control and transmission facility.
A NEXIO server domain, including NEXIO AMP® and NEXIO Volt™ servers, will be installed at each of ADMC's HD studios that comprise the playout center. The NEXIO server system features global proxy file support for the creation of low-resolution files, a collaborative development between the NEXIO and Invenio product lines.

ودعت المؤسسة المؤجرين إلى تسجيل عقود الإيجارات في البرنامج المذكور وتجنب مخالفة القانون. وسيجري التعامل مع عقود الإيجارات غير المسجلة على أنها باطلة ولن يعتد بها في المعاملات لدى الدوائر الرسمية بدبييشدد القانون على قيام المؤجر أو شركة إدارة وتأجير العقارات التي تمثله بتسجيل عقود الإيجار في مؤسسة التنظيم العقاري بهدف تنظيم السوق وحماية أطراف العلاقة في سوق الإيجارات والإرتقاء بأداء القطاع العقاري ككل عبر ترسيخ هوية شفافة لتعاملاته

سيؤدي تسجيل عقود الإيجارات في برنامج إيجاري إلى إنشاء قاعدة بيانات ومعلومات رسمية ترسم المعالم الحقيقية لإتجاهات السوق وتساعد المعنيين على قراءة المعطيات الدقيقة للسوق وتوسيع ودعم فرص الإستثمار فيه من جهة، والوقوف على كم ونوع الفرص الإستثمارية التي ستجنيها باقي الفعاليات الإقتصادية المرتبطة بسوق الإيجارات من جهة أخرى

The Real Estate Regulatory Agency (RERA) has announced that from today all rental/lease contracts for Dubai properties must be registered through its new Ejari online portal. The announcement makes effective the provisions of Law No.26 of 2007 Regulating the Relationship between Tenants and Landlords in Dubai and requires all individuals and companies acting as landlords to register tenancy agreements.

Landlords and tenants who fail to comply with the new ruling will find that their tenancy agreements fall outside the protection offered by the law and Government agencies and will not be able to enforce the provisions of the agreements they enter into.

The Law clearly states, "Judicial bodies and governmental departments and authorities should not consider any claim, case or execution based on a tenancy contract unless the same is registered with the Agency."
Announcing the new ruling and the full activation of Ejari, its state-of-the-art online registration system, RERA formally called on everyone involved in drawing up and entering into such contracts to ensure full compliance and avoid violation.

هيئة كهرباء ومياه دبي توفر خدماتها لمتعامليها عبر جهاز الآي فون

أطلقت هيئة كهرباء ومياه دبي، ضمن جهود الهيئة المتواصلة لتقديم أفضل خدماتها الإلكترونية والتعريف بها لمتعامليها توفيرا لوقتهم وجهدهم وتيسير تعاملاتهم مع الهيئة، أولى تطبيقاتها المتوافقة مع نظام الآي فون والتي تم تطويرها بشكل كامل من قبل فريق عمل قطاع تقنية المعلومات التابع لهيئة كهرباء ومياه دبي وهي خدمة جديدة تضاف الى سلسلة خدمات الهيئة الالكترونية حيث تم الاعلان عن ذلك خلال المؤتمر الصحفي التي عقدته الهيئة في المقر الرئيسي لها بشرق زعبيل

حضر المؤتمر سعيد محمد الطاير عضو مجلس الادارة المنتدب الرئيس التنفيذي للهيئة، وعدد من النواب التنفيذيين وكبار المسئولين فيها.

وفي هذا الإطار صرح العضو المنتدب والرئيس التنفيذي ، بأن الهيئة وضعت في مقدمة أولوياتها استقطاب احدث التقنيات والحلول وادخالها في مختلف عملياتها الالكترونية ، كما تقوم بالتحديث المستمر لها وفق أحدث البرامج والحلول المتاحة في السوق العالمية.

وأوضح العضو المنتدب الرئيس التنفيذي: "إن تطبيقات "الآي فون" الحديثة تستهدف شريحة كبيرة من متعاملي الهيئة، كما توفر سهولة وسرعة في الإستفادة من الخدمات التي توفرها الهيئة"، و سوف تشمل التطبيقات خدمات عديدة منها : خدمة إيجاد المواقع الجغرافية لمكاتب خدمة المتعاملين والمعلومات المتعلقة بالمكاتب كأرقام الهواتف ، وساعات العمل لكل مركز مع إمكانية حفظ وإرسال بيانات الإتصال بصيغة بطاقة الأعمال . كما تتيح التطبيقات خيارات مختلفة للتواصل مع الهيئة عن طريق الإتصال الهاتفي، أو إرسال البريد الألكتروني، أو زيارة الموقع الإلكتروني للهيئة.

وأشار العضو المنتدب: "سوف يتمكن متعاملي الهيئة عند استخدام تطبيقات الهيئة في جهاز الآي فون من إرسال الشكاوي والإقتراحات، مع خاصية إرفاق لقطة فوتوغرافية مع الإحداثيات الجغرافية للموقع كما يمكنهم الإستعلام عن فواتير الإستهلاك للخدمات المقدمة من قبل الهيئة كخدمة دفع فواتير الكهرباء، والمياه، والصرف الصحي، ورسوم السكن عن طريق خدمة الدفع من خلال الهاتف المتحرك (أم باي) المقدمة بالتعاون حكومة دبي الإلكترونية".

وأشار المهندس مروان ســالم بن حيدر - نائب الرئيس - رئيس تقنية المعلومات بالهيئة بقوله "لقد بذل فريق عمل قطاع تقنية المعلومات الجهد الكبير كي يتمكن المتعامل من الحصول على أحدث الأخبار والمعلومات المتعلقة بالهيئة عن طريق نقل أخبار وإنجازات الهيئة ونشر أحدث الخدمات فيها، وبث أحداث فعالياتها مع إمكانية مشاهدة لقطات الفيديو التثقيفية لزيادة الوعي المجتمعي فيما يتعلق بترشيد إستهلاك الكهرباء والمياه".

وأردف: "كما سيتمكن متعاملي الهيئة من تحميل هذه التطبيقات مجاناً من متاجر أبل وستقوم الهيئة بإشعار متعامليها بذلك عبر رسائل البريد الإلكتروني والرسائل النصية خلال الأسابيع القادمة".

وتعد هذه الخدمة الجديدة جزءاً من إستراتيجية الهيئة التي تهدف إلى منح متعامليها الإستفادة من خدماتها المختلفة كما وسيتم قريبا اطلاق البرنامج نفسه على جهاز بلاك بيري

DEWA customers, will be able to download these applications for free , from Apple stores and DEWA will notify its employees thereof, via e-mails and SMS, during the coming weeks."
